Teachers
Courtenay Bettcher
I have been dancing since I was 4 years old and it had always been my dream to open a dance school. At the age of six I did my first Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Exam. Since then I have completed my exams. I have also been trained in Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Hip Hop and Tap.
Over the years, I have danced at several dance schools in Alberta and British Columbia. For five summers I went to L.A. to further my dance training, taking workshops from choreographers from “So You Think You Can Dance.” In 2014 I was a member of the iHollywood Dance Company in Hollywood. The company was a wonderful training and performing opportunity for me, I learned so much that summer, it was a wonderful experience. The past few summers I took classes at the world renown Edge Performing Arts Center in LA. Dance is my passion and my life. I love teaching my students the joy of dancing.

Courtenay's Dance Company
This is Courtenay's Dance Company's 9th year in operation and we hope you will join us this year. We are a Competitive and Recreational dance school this means that we have competition classes and none competitive classes. Our recreations classes work towards our recitals, to show our friends and family what we've achieved. There are no hidden fees. We will be having our Christmas show at the Stony Plain Community Centre and our Spring Show at Horizon Stag. Our Competitive classes work towards 2 Festivals and our Spring Recital. :)
Thanks Courtenay
